NRL

The South Sydney Rabbitohs are facing the very real prospect of missing the finals for the 2nd year in a row. Looking on the bright side if it does happen you can book a nice relaxing family holiday in September.

Jacob Host is back starting in the second row. Michael Chee Kam moves to centre to replace Richie Kennar. Shaquai Mitchell makes his first appearance on the extended bench alongside Brock Gray.

There’s 7 games left in the regular season before the finals. The 14th placed Rabbitohs will have to win most of those matches to have any chance making it to the post season.

4 of the 7 games are against top 4 sides – Sharks (A), Storm (H), Panthers (A) and Roosters (H). The other 3 are Raiders (A), Tigers (A) and Knights (H). This is a tough task to say the least.

Keaon Koloamatangi will play his 100th NRL game on Sunday.

In round 21 on Sunday 27th July at 6:15pm the Bunnies travel down to the nation’s capital to take on the Canberra Raiders at GIO Stadium. The Green Machine have won 8 games and sit just above Souths on the ladder in 12th spot. To stay within reach of the top 8 this is a must win for both teams.

Keaon Koloamatangi

Keaon Koloamatangi will play his 100th NRL game on Sunday. The Mascot junior has risen through the ranks and has become an important member of the Rabbitohs forward pack. His move to lock has been a master stroke adding much needed grunt in the middle for his team.
