Jye Gray is back and Liam Le Blanc will make his NRL debut off the bench. All 3 grades are at the same venue this Saturday 22nd June at Accor Stadium, Sydney.

NRL

7:35pm the 14th placed Bunnies take on the Sea Eagles who are currently 8th on the NRL ladder.

The Rabbitohs are pleased to announce their squad for round 16 of the 2024 NRL Premiership against the Manly-Warringah Sea Eagles to be played this Saturday 22 June at 7:35pm at Accor Stadium.

Rabbitohs interim Head Coach Ben Hornby has named Jye Gray to return at fullback to replace Latrell Mitchell who has been selected to play for New South Wales in State of Origin game II. Middle forward Liam Le Blanc will make his NRL debut from the interchange bench, replacing captain Cameron Murray who is also on New South Wales duty.

Junior Appreciation Round

Round 16 is the Rabbitohs Junior Appreciation Round, paying tribute to all junior participants in the game of Rugby League as well as the Club’s Junior Members. Kids can go FREE to this game with every adult ticket purchase giving entry to one child free-of-charge.

Kids can visit the Junior Fan Fest outside of gates J/K to collect their FREE Adventure Passport and collect stamps by taking part in a heap of FREE activities including face painting, footy clinics, an inflatable obstacle course and much more! Players from the South Sydney junior clubs will take part in a march past pre-game, and our Junior MCs will take you through all of the pre-game and half-time entertainment on game day.

Gates open at Accor Stadium at 3:15pm on Saturday with the Jersey Flegg Cup game commencing at 3:25pm and the KOE NSW Cup match starting at 5:10pm.

The South Sydney Rabbitohs’ NSW Cup and Jersey Flegg Cup teams will take on the Sea Eagles in round 16 action of their respective competitions this Saturday night as curtain raisers to the NRL fixture between the same two clubs at Accor Stadium.

The KOE NSW Cup match between South Sydney and Blacktown Workers will kick off at 5:10pm with the Jersey Flegg Cup fixture between the Rabbitohs and the Sea Eagles scheduled to commence at 3:25pm.

Womens Team

The Rabbitohs Harvey Norman NSW Women’s Premiership squad will play their first trial game of the pre-season against the Sea Eagles on Sunday 23 June at the Narrabeen Sports Centre at 1pm.

Fiji captain Josephine Maejiirs training at Erskineville Oval.

A squad of 32 players will rotate through a number of positions over four-quarters of football as they prepare for the opening game of the season against the Central Coast Roosters on Saturday 6 July.

Rabbitohs v Kirwin High 15/16s

The Rabbitohs will play Kirwan High this Thursday live and free on Bunnies TV. Kirwin High are an U15/16’s high school team who are visiting Sydney from QLD.

The Rabbitohs team is a combined 15/16’s team of players from or local junior clubs. The game will kick off at 5.00pm on Thursday at Redfern Oval
