Today I had a chat to 2021 Rugby League World Cup Ambassador Adam Hills and his Australian PDRL teammate Dean Clark as they prepare to leave for England to represent their country.
My mate Dean Clark is a Botany boy and proud member of the very first Australian Physical Disability Rugby League team that flies out today to take part in the 2021 Rugby League World Cup.
There are six Rabbitohs players in that squad including comedian and RLWC Ambassador Adam Hills.
When asked about his history as a Bunnies fan Adam told me “My 104 year old grandfather Chris grew up in the Rocks, is still alive and is a huge Rabbitohs fan that worked with John Sattler at Holden.”
The Aussies take on England on Sunday in England at Warrington, good luck boys!
