The Rabbitohs road trip continues on Saturday night when they take on the Sharks at Optus Stadium in Perth.
Souths won their first meeting this season, winning 27-18 at Shark Park. This time around both clubs will be going all out to secure the 2 points in their run to the finals.
Tallis Duncan gets a well earned recall to the 17 and Tyrone Munro has been named 18th man.
The South Sydney Rabbitohs are pleased to announce their squad for round 23 of the 2023 NRL Premiership against the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks to be played this Saturday 5 August at 5:35pm WA time (7:35pm Sydney time) at Optus Stadium in Perth.
Rabbitohs Head Coach Jason Demetriou has named Thomas Burgess to start in the front in place of the injured Hame Sele. Michael Chee Kam returns to the second row with Tallis Duncan moving onto the interchange bench.
The South Sydney Rabbitohs will be taking on the Sharks in the second game of a huge NRL double-header at Optus Stadium on Saturday 5 August at 5:35pm WA time. The first game will see the Dolphins take on the Newcastle Knights at 3:30pm WA time. Tickets are still available through Ticketmaster.
