The South Sydney Rabbitohs Tarsha Gale team took on the Panthers & our womens team played the Dragons yesterday in the summer heat at Mascot Oval.

Rabbitohs Tarsha Gale v Panthers
Missing a few of their star players the Bunnies Tarsha Gale girls played some good footy to defeat the Panthers four tries to two.
Souths lost talented hooker Kasey Taaffe to injury in the first quarter of the 80 minute contest. Kasey hyper extended her elbow and was off to hospital with her arm in a sling.

An ambulance was called for a Panthers player who was stretchered from the field with what appeared to be a back injury.
This Saturday our Tarsha Gale team will trial again joining the Harold Mats and SG Ball boys in another trail at Marcellin Fields Heffron Park, Maroubra.

South Sydney Harvey Norman Womens Team v Dragons
Souths womens team let in a few early tries to a Dragons team with a big pack of forwards.
A fired up half time speech from coach Shane did the trick. The second half saw the team get their act together and put on some nice tries.
A late try by the Dragons made it a four tries all result. Next week the womens team travel to Wentworthville.
