Historic Under Lisa Fiaola Cup Opener

Inaugural Season

The Westpac Lisa Fiaola Cup consists of 13 teams, with each playing eight games across nine rounds.

The highlight of Round 1 is undoubtedly the historic clash at 10:30 am, where the Rabbitohs’ first-ever Under 17s Lisa Fiaola Cup team, coached by Mick Daley, takes on the Illawarra Steelers.

This Lisa Fiaola Cup team adds an extra pathway for the Womens game at the Rabbitohs. Let’s hope this then leads to the eventual inclusion of the club in the NRLW competition.
