Latrell 150th – Training Footage & Gallery

South Sydney superstar Latrell Mitchell will play his 150th NRL game on Good Friday against the Bulldogs at Accor Stadium.

‘Trell Mit’ made his debut in round one, 2016 against the Rabbitohs. The Bunnies rolled the Chooks 42-10 that day at Allianz Stadium. Latrell started on the wing and kicked 1 goal from 2 attempts.

After training today Latrell, Jacob Host and Keaon Koloamatangi were available for media interviews.

On arrival at Redfern I began filming the beginning of training as the players warmed up and went through their drills. While doing this I noticed pathways football analyst Christopher Kulen set up his camera next to my position at the back of the grandstand.

Christopher does important work for the club behind the scenes and was able to continue filming the session when the media were told to cease capturing footage.

Latrell is excited to play his 150th NRL game.

A larger than usual media contingent were in attendance no doubt due to the presence of Latrell. Once Latrell had finished the main press conference we grabbed him for a quick chat. During the interview we presented him with a Darrell Lea gift box to celebrate his 150 game milestone.

To conclude our day we flew our drone over Redfern to capture more pictures and footage of the soon to be ex home ground of the South Sydney Rabbitohs.
