Can’t Stop The Music

You can’t stop the music at Sydney’s hottest live venue, Henry’s. The all new pub in a club made a sparkling debut on Saturday night at The Juniors Kingsford. Fabulous food, delightful drinks and magic music left a lasting impression in this revamped room.

Henry’s is open!

Pizzas and cocktails were unquestionably a hit as was the guest of honour, the great man Henry Morris. The Juniors Chairman Keith McCraw was in attendance as were fellow board members Mick Fisher and Gary Clark.

Janine the ‘Jewel of Reception’’ joined her Juniors staff colleagues at the event. These lovely ladies undoubtedly enjoyed their night off. I had a few beers and shared a ‘Highway To Hell’ pizza with Juniors massage therapist Spiro Strattos. Spiro helped paint the venue and said “Henry’s bar looks beautiful now and this spicy pizza is senstional too!”

Sweet Sounds

The sweet sounds of Soulganic filled the room.

The night was then in full swing when the sweet sounds of Soulganic filled the room and patrons hit the dance floor. I had heard that Soulganic were a very good band and they didn’t disappoint. This group certainly can play terrific tunes in style.

Live Music Is Back!

Sydney’s once thriving live music scene has seen a decline, especially in the east where it once flourished. That is set to change with Henry’s breathing new life into the local entertainment industry. Live gigs every Friday night will provide local musicians the opportunity to showcase their talents to a wider audience.

Perfect pizzas and incredible cocktails

Henry’s is affordable, serving drinks and food at club prices. $14 cocktails and $20-$22 pizzas for members is excellent value. You can leave the car at home too with the light rail and bus stops outside the front entrance.

Tell Your Friends

The Juniors entertainment manager Brad Stanford told the crowd “Every Friday night we’ve got live music, the best bands. It’s going to be rock covers, party bands and more so tell your friends and tell your neighbours. Get them all down here.”

Henry’s The Pub In A Club – Level 1 The Juniors Kingsford is serving a great selection of beers, cocktails and a new pizza menu four days a week. Henry’s offers a unique and certainly cost-effective night out including service industry night on Thursdays, free live bands on Fridays and music bingo with James Breko every Sunday. The especially great part is it’s all free entry. Henry’s has its own entrance straight from the front foyer and up to level 1.
